Someone else’s letter

Practise deciding what goes into the box — and what never should.

The situation

A neighbour asks for help replying to a letter from their landlord about a repair, and sends you a photo of it. In the photo: their full name, the address, a tenancy reference, their date of birth, and a line of a bank statement visible underneath.
